The 4 DISC Dimensions

I - Influence
Enthusiastic, warm, persuasive. Focuses on shaping the environment by influencing or persuading others.
S - Steadiness
Sincere, patient, loyal. Focuses on cooperating with others within existing circumstances to carry out the task.
C - Conscientiousness
Accurate, cautious, systematic. Focuses on working conscientiously within existing circumstances to ensure quality and accuracy.
